- Note 2: If the language score is not submitted, the student will not have the right to participate in the comprehensive exam despite being registered in the comprehensive exam course and according to the addendum Article 16 of Doctoral regulations in the comprehensive exam course registered, will receive the grade of postponement of the exam (EP) or failure (F).
2- Students who have passed the threshold of 85% in one of the language tests approved by the University's Further Education Council, can participate in the comprehensive exam and their score will be recorded in the report card.
- Note 1: Students whose language score is less than 85% of the quorum can conditionally receive permission to participate in the comprehensive exam and in this case, the passing score of the comprehensive exam will not be included in the report card until the said quorum score is achieved.
- Note 2: In case of not having the conditions to participate in the comprehensive exam (forexample, not having a certificate of participation in the language test, not meeting the quorum of 85 percent) The passing grade of the language until the end of the semester of the comprehensive exam or not having the GPA requirement according to article 15 of the doctoral regulations, the grade of the comprehensive exam course in According to the addendum of article 16 of the doctorate regulations, the report card will be entered in one of two ways: postponement of the exam (EP) or failure (F).
