Creating the necessary environmental and physical conditions to achieve university goals is one of the main objectives of the Planning and Development Deputy. Consolidation of all educational, research, administrative, sports, and welfare centers of the university in the comprehensive campus plan by constructing necessary and useful buildings is part of the deputy’s agenda. Renovation of university units, supervision over ongoing construction projects, review of design consultants' proposals, selection of engineering consulting companies and contractors for the design and implementation of university projects, examination of the construction site in accordance with the approved comprehensive plan, supervision over the implementation of building installation plans, monitoring and approving the quantity and quality progress of contractors' work, and confirmation of related financial statements are other responsibilities of this deputy.
